My research skills have been regularly required both academically and for professional work.
I have researched and written a dissertation for my undergraduate degree, as well as undertaking a level 4 in psychology completed entirely through my own research and analysis.
In my first employment role I researched a brand new policy area of post 16 education. I used this research to analyse policy developments.
I have continued to develop my academic knowledge as well as professional skills through CPD accredited courses.
This is evidence to by my enrolment in courses across different disciplines including;

PUBLIC SPEAKING/ PRESENTATION SKILLS
Since school I have been involved with public speaking.
My achievements include winning competitions individually and as part of a team.
This experience has been invaluable when I have been required to give talks and presentations for work.
IT
My interest and skills in IT is varied and has been frequently utilised in my work.
I have experience in getting to grips with complex programs quickly which allows me to hit the ground running on new projects
Throughout my career I have become proficient in dictation, utilising research programs, Microsoft Office, project management systems and CRM software.
